( Eugene looks at the ring as he listens to her. That ring was exactly what he thought, and for some reasons he doesn't know how to feel. He is happy, of course he is! There is nothing that could make him happier than knowing she, like him, wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. However, there's a part of him that kind of feels ashamed for not being him the one taking the step to ask her. Well, ask again. But who could blame him? He is pretty new around there if compared to the time she spent around, so he was still learning everything, trying to get used to his surroundings. And Rapunzel was with him, so he had no mind to think about anything else.
But now that she asked him? That she made it clear she is ready to take that step? He isn't going to be the one to refuse such a happy ending. Bitting his lower lip he takes the ring with one of his hands, placing the lantern down as he inspects it better. It's beautiful, no one can deny that. )
What do I say? ( Those words leaves his lips like a whisper, glancing up at her. A soft smile makes its way on his lips as he reaches out to take her hand with his free one, wanting to intertwine their fingers affectionately. ) I love you and I don't want to live a single day without you, Rapunzel. You are the sun that lights my life... And I could say alot of things, but nothing would be enough. So I'll say it simple; nothing would make me happier than marrying you.
( There's a pause as he glances back to the ring. He is unsure, and... let's being honest, Pascal's demonstration was more funny than anything to Eugene. After a few seconds he ends up offering -carefully- the ring to her; she has been the one taking such a big step, so she should be the one having the honor of sealing the moment aswell. )
